
This interview was originally done as a podcast. I decided to upload it as a Youtube video, then I found a Podcast Hosting service I liked so I ripped the audio from the video and decided to release my first PodCast produced by yours truly. It's not perfect but it is a good start. I included the youtube video version of the interview so the intro makes some sense. You have the option to listen to just audio only using the player at the bottom of the page.
Heather Pechatsko (Stash) is incredibly open and honest about her struggles both in and outside the gym. Progress is not linear you have your ups and downs but the key is to keep moving forward.
