Orientation is required for ALL new clients before taking our class. Orientations are by appointment only. Please wear workout clothes and feel free to bring water and a mat or towel if you’d like as we may put you through an assessment during the Orientation. Please email us to schedule your orientation.

Monday: 6am / 10am / 5:30pm / 6:30pm
Tuesday: 5:30pm/ 6:30pm
Wednesday: 6am / 10am / 5:30pm / 6:30pm
Thursday: 5:30pm
Friday: 6am / 10am / 5pm
Saturday: 10am / 11am
Sunday: Closed
