In this week’s post, we are providing a great drill to improve your squats and deadlifts. Our goal is to always put our clients and athletes in a better position through various exercises and drills as to maximize their efficiency in training and to get them moving better in general. As we see very often, many people struggle with keeping their core in a good position while simultaneously moving their hip, especially while doing squats and deadlifts. In this week’s video, Jim demonstrates and explains a drill that will specifically help someone breakthrough their struggle, especially if it is done as a warm up exercise or in between warm up sets of squats or deadlifts.
